2. Can I buy samples before placing orders?
Yes.Please feel free to contact us. We're welcome sample order for a test and a check of quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

3. What is your lead time and the shipping method?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Usually we can ship within 3-7 days for a small quantity, and about 30 days for a large quantity.
And It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

4. How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, our products are produced in the strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for the small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

5. What is your payment term?
T/T,and Paypal.This is negotiable.

6. Do you do the OEM & ODM?
Yes. We can do the OEM & ODM.
Not only customized products are available, we also provide the auto CAD or 3D drawing for different projects.

7. How about the warranty?
Some products are in 1-year warranty, and others are in 2-years warranty.
Any defective products within warranty will get maintenance or replacement.

8. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light order?
Low MOQ or 1pc for sample checking is available.

9. Is it OK to print my logo on LED light product?
 Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design first based on our sample.
